Did sit-ups today and some leg lifts, and 20 min walking on treadmill..Then went outside and raked, picked up sticks..Trust me when I say I didnt want to do anything today..I am tired.but I want to keep losing weight..and at 64 with zero metabolism I gotta keep busy to lose jst a lb..Now Im bout to make some dog biscuits, then freeze some raw eggs before prices go sky high on them too..(you take a cupcake pan, put silicone cupcake liners inside, spray jst a bit of non stick oil, crack and egg in each..freeze..then pop them out into freezer bags, when u need eggs..get them out nite before, put in dish in fridge, then next day on counter till rm temp and use..they will keep a year!)...
92,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 2,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 10,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
