Adpully's Logboek, 05 mrt 22

Day 32 and finally I return back under 76kg after a few 500 calorie deficit days.
Now a solid week of keeping off the cakes is what is needed. Ideally I want to lose another 1kg in the next two weeks.
so lots 500 calories deficits are needed.

In the end I ran again yesterday I enjoy it, it helps with my diet and it really gives me to relax and I will probably run again today. I reckon now I am fit enough that I can run six days a week without muscle damage if I keep my heart rate below 121 BPM.

I did end up working in the garden for a few hours yesterday and filled the heated bench in the greenhouse with seeds.
prepared two raised beds for carrots seeds to be planted. Hopefully more effort in the garden today - It's sunny at the moment.
