Adpully's Logboek, 21 feb 22

Day 21. l managed a large deficit(although on mobile FS it's not as easy to view)mostly by virtue of a 13 mile run completed in the morning. I was then totally exhausted and did absolutely nothing for the rest of the day.
Although l feel fine now today will be another day of rest. Hopefully l will be able chase the washing machine delivery and the broadband repair. More pootling about l expect. We are into the last week of the month and l need to not mess up my diet efforts and keep on it.
