Ah... up a little. Still in the 140s so that's fine. As long as I don't see 150 something on that scale again I'm ok. I think the up might be from eating so much yesterday (1800s) and so water weight would be up plus digestive contents. See if I can keep that under control a little better today. Barely snuck in a deficit yesterday.

I know what you mean about potentially seeing the 150's on the scale after getting into the 140's. That's my new in the red zone #. If I near that number I have to step it up and get moving. It will balance out with your consistency. By the way if you are getting ready to do that exercise routine I’m not worried about you at all. Geesh! I hope those numbers are for the month, LOL!
