started back on my "drop the fat" journey.I started watchig my food intake and working out a little & doing treadmill last Sunday after seeing myself on video at Christmas...I cant believe how much Ive gained in the past 2 months..so..at 64 yrs old..ts time to drop the fat..IM NOT old YET!
