Where I hadn't been home to use my scale. I can only imagine what my weight is right now. I am trying to wait on weighing in til I know for sure by the inches lost that I had lost some pounds. I had been doubling down my workout today with stretching and cardio. I had spent 45 minutes doing that. I had slacked a bit the past couple of days even though I had done videos. I'm going home tomorrow, (I'm sad about that). I'm back on track though.
