I had cake this weekend, and it so wasn't even worth one bite.. I learned my lesson, would have rather made something I could have had without cheating.. I have come along way from my old ways, over a month without binging and without over eating or sneak eating.. these are huge things..
now if this scale would just move down 2 lbs ...
121,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 31,2 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
