Thanks erq1. Your mind treading skills are at peak efficiency. Small victories and losses can feel amplified when everything big seems so daunting and hope is hard to find. Can't fix my big issues at work, can't change the impact of time on the health of people around me. But I should be able to control what I put in my mouth, what time I sleep and wake, and the degree to which I exercise. These small actions are indeed the windows to retaining some sense of control over big challenges. Support of friends is also key. Thanks for reaching out to be that friend across the digital divide.
