Okay...so I have been doing this whole Weight Watchers Points Plus thing for a few weeks now and I just keep bouncing around the same 3 pounds. I really hope I am at least losing inches.

I signed up and am participating in a 30 day challenge at Curves. I will get weighed and measured by them the last week of March. Hopefully I will see a loss of inches if not by the pounds since I have been working out.

I am going to try to start journaling my food here again in addition to my paper journal.

Any input or tips would be greatly appreciated.
