Asarver's Logboek, 22 mrt 14

I finally hit a full 5K running non stop!! I'm pretty excited, especially because the race is one week from today. I'm also pretty surprised I lost weight this week, because some of my days were pretty bad as far as how much food I was eating (I had pizza 3x this week!). It's almost the end of the semester, so hopefully I can keep the eating under control.
65,4 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 1,9 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
