Went HAM during the pandemic in so many different ways. Left a soul sucking job, worked with an amazing women-owned floral company for the holidays, and then went full-time in my business. I learned, unlearned, hated the journey, and fell in love with it again.. that's life right? Through the ups and downs my weight was one thing that I just didn't care about, which is a blessing and a curse. I love my body with its new rolls and curves but not loving the strain on my knees and back. So here we go. Technically Day 3 of this challenge I joined, but secretly Day 1 for me.
