Ok, it is time to start thinking about what I can do long term. Atkins is great for dropping the pounds fast BUT when I blow it I really blow it. I need to avoid that. I need to find something that I can stick to FOREVER so I am going to add fruit and all veggies into my diet along with my meat. Stick to the natural and see what happens.
