Have never been very interested in daily weigh ins....but I thought I would give it a try. Amazing how much you can gain or lose (water weight) over night. Was all excited to weigh 172.8 yesterday then I weighed myself this am and I was 174. Not at all freaking out about it though.
78,9 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 0,5 kg.    Nog te gaan: 6,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
