Day 45 of this diet and a mini milestone - I have just weighed in at 85 kg to record a 10kg loss.
My legs and belly certainly appear smaller and my belt extension measurement has gone from 70mm to 110mm
when I get to around 165mm I know that my 34" waist trousers will comfortably fit me again. That equates to about 80 kg so at current rate about a month away- Fingers crossed.

During my last diet in 2017 it took me 61 days to lose this amount most likely because I didn't start any exercising until month three. I do need to make sure that I don't overdo my exercises though - that would be a severe blow.

We picked out first bell pepper today I will try and photograph the resulting flan.
