I finally have a normal BMI again! track, track, track, track, I gotta keep telling myself that. It really works for me.
I've managed to add back in coffee with no change in symptoms and I added onions back in last night. I ended up with really bad stomach cramps, but I'm not sure if it was the onions (I doubt it), or the butter added (it was only 3 tbsp, but I haven't had butter for over a month), or maybe I added too much olive oil to my beans (but I've always cooked with olive oil, so I doubt it).
I'll have it again for lunch and see if I get the same reaction. I mightve eaten too much last night too, I've felt bloated the past few days. I'm hoping it's just residual TOM side affects, so we'll see!
I'm hoping by August I'll be in the 130s, at least that's my goal! 😁
