This loss makes me so happy! I love all the great weight loss when you're starting back up again, but it also reminds me that a plateau lurks in the future 😂😂
1.2 pounds away from a "normal weight" BMI 😬😬😬 now if I can keep it that way for...well forever?
Once I hit the 130s, my reward will be buying some new clothes. I'm hoping though that some of my old clothes will fit, and I can push the clothes buying out another 10 lbs.
My ultimate goal would be between 125 and 130. I managed to get there once back in 2013, and got relatively close two years ago. That weight looks great on me, especially if I keep up the running. Fingers crossed!!
