Sweet, I broke into the 140s. back to where i was at the beginning of this year. LPR symptoms seem to come and go, so still doing the "reflux diet". I was doing nasal spray but i think it was causing my sore throat in the morning, which of course skews my reaction to food. starting a more detailed food diary including time, activities and reactions to help really narrow it down. :-)
A few more pounds and I'll be back in the normal weight BMI, so let's keep it going. Tracking food and being mindful really is the key to losing weight for me, and I don't know why I always quit. Because I love food, and I just want to eat all the time!! haha
