Thanks all. Appreciate the thoughtfulness. It's so odd how one's mind can fixate on problems and accentuate pain in the middle of the night.
When I got married 33 years ago, we got advice that we should allow ourselves to go to bed angry because most things that seem very important to exhausted people don't seem so important to well rested people. It resonates today. Whatever keeps me up at night doesn't get in my way if I just sleep on it.
