Okay, so a big one on my trip back to where I started, and towards my long term goal: I hit my milestone of getting under 500.
Part of the problem, as you probably saw, is that my loss was moving glacially, which for someone my size, meant I was eating entirely too much, even if I was still in a big enough deficit to lose about 1 lb every 2 and a half weeks.
I was feeling awful about how I was STILL prioritizing being able to eat my favorites over my immediate need to get healthier (my weight has fluctuated dramatically over the last few years, up and down, over varying diets I did better or worse on), so I took it seriously the last two weeks, and to my amazement, found myself at 499.4 today!
