Lunch was on the heavy side. I had hot dogs and tater tots. I did have a light dinner. Boiled eggs, and toast. I ended up doing extra workouts from where I slacked over vacation. I am back on track now,and I am glad of that. At least I didn't go overboard while on vacation on my diet.
