This is what severe calorie deficit and tons of water loss looks like. Yes it’s intentional. Headed to 🇲🇽 with my travel buddy on Thursday and we are on a “slim n trim” mission before that 🤣🤣🤣 Anyone who doesn’t know me just head heads up that I’m quite knowledgeable in regard to calories, water weight, starvation and I do not starve myself on the regular 🙃
82,5 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 12,8 kg.    Nog te gaan: 3,5 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

Yep. Lifting weights has me retain massive amounts of water so easing up on that, resting, eating lighter will on its own create a water loss
