I gained almost 3 pounds over the holiday season -- not bad considering the additional drinking and two weeks of international travel. Today was my first day back in the gym! I'm going to try to be mindful of my eating and track my workouts, but not record or count calories. I'll try that for a few months and see how I am doing. I'd rather not have to calculate calories every day for the rest of my life. If I can maintain from here on out by regular exercise and more awareness while eating, I will be very happy.
Onward to a healthier 2011....
