Hey there FSF! Routine currently has been morning exercise every next day and a 10k run on Sunday. Haven't been logging everything that I ate (even nothing, these days) due to time restrictions. I even threw in some sweets during the morning (cake and coffee), but drinking a lot of water along the day to avoid innecessary cravings. Have a great hump day FSF!
