I honestly have to say I really let myself fall off the train over the holidays oh how I packed on the weight. I went online and ordered the NEW atkins kit after reading the book and I am going storong today i got the kit and am going according to the instruction so hopefully if everything works well i will be able to push some exercise in my routine and learn to love myself again. I also picked up the book "just 10lbs" by Brad Lamm and so far I am loving it and learning how to start lovin myself along with it. So I hope I will soon see the 220's again wish me luck I need all the support i can get.
