so December has been a right off. Drank alcohol ( only drink a couple of times a year) ate my own body weight in chocolate and also ate beige food! Today is the day I'm going back down the scales. Eating clean and starting to exercise again. God I feel crap but I know I can get the weight back off ........ cheers to a healthy 2021!I🙈🤣😁🥳
