Hi Siegels, how are you doing? I am good. But Friday will be a nice break from work. We all need the New Year to start and COVID injections and hopefully this time next year will be covid free. Fingers crossed. Merrymel

Good morning everyone. I'm trying a radical new strategy....eat less. It feels like a symbolic gesture to approach the new year. Keep it simple, the solution you seek is right in front of you. Take less, leave more (for others), get rid of toxic elements in your life (snacks, people, thoughts) and be happy with what you have (sustenance, relationships, opportunities).
Last night Jupiter and Saturn were aligned in the sky, which occurs once every 800 years, a once in a lifetime opportunity to witness. It made me think that every day is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see something, someone who matters. We don't have to see eye to eye to truly see each other.
Thank you for sharing your experiences, your challenges and your victories.
