I’m back to my target weight but took 2 -3 weeks but when you get to my stage of the diet you can’t be scared of putting on a bit of weight as long as you rectify it and I’m sure I will do the same at Christmas as long as I don’t go below 78kg

Thank you yasmine although my original goal was 70kg but I felt for my body size it was to light and I am also glad to see you doing so well.don’t be worried about Christmas with children around it will always make it harder
