Holding at 129 for past few days. I just started calorie and macro counting again after having stopped for a few months. I had been in a deficit so long that I think my metabolism had adapted, so I was trying to break it. Now trying to lose the last 10 lbs and wondering if my set calorie intake is actually my maintenance LOL. I'll give it some more time before changing anything.
