Stayed pretty solid. I’m finding that after 2 weeks of being in deficit my body craves more food. So this week I’ve eaten around 200-400 calories more per day compared to being in deficit, this prevents me from over eating. In a few days I’ll go into a deficit again to see if I can shed 2-3 lb in the next two weeks. I am going back to gym today for upper body so let’s see how my body protests....
