starting off with Premier Protein sugar-free Jell-O and chicken broth and drinking lots of water and light cardio ....
with drinking alcohol everyday all day for the past few months I have a gain 20 lb just drinking alcohol I'm hoping to get out of this is detox my body get rid of everything and start over with low carb diet and get back to eating seafood and low carb diet ...
