What, the what??? What on earth??? Had to check it twice. I’m eating around 1300-1500 excl coffee n creamers but to be fully transparent I’m hungry, really effing hungry going to sleep and waking up. I’m not worried about binge eating because I don’t restrict or eliminate food groups. Let’s see if this loss holds. Either way my body fat has gone lower, I peeped at some pics from a year ago which I suppose now is a 10lb difference but my arms are way less fatty. Lol Anyways, happy Monday.
