MAGNETLADY's Logboek, 09 mei 07

I am real happy with my 1.6 pounds lost this week...it really is getting easier..to watch what i am eating and the working out 45 mins a day and riding my bike for 1 hour 12 to 14 miles a day....
75,0 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 5,3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 9,7 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: 100%.
Gewichtsafname van 0,7 kg per week

Great job on the working out! I find that definatly helps along with the eating in your point range. ( of course) It seems easy...just do it and you'll lose weight. Why is it so hard for me then? :)
