Thanks all for the comments.
Today is my 56th birthday, so probably not going to be super rigid on the diet front. Enjoyed an hour of HIIT with my wife, then a few hours of rigorous gardening with the family. I expect to be up a bit tomorrow, then back in the wagon Monday.
