Thank you, Bill! 😁 When I lifted last I was exceeding both reps and weight from when this picture was taken, but I'm in a bit of a slump this week nursing hurt knees. I'm hoping so much to to lose too much momentum!

HCB and Tom, thank you! Over the last few months I've been able to increase my calories quite a lot because of my activity and increased muscle, so having to go backward is not much fun. But, I'm fighting! 😁
