It’s tough. Bad day today. Too many sweets in-house, so by that I ate a Hostess Suzie Q. I did burn over 800 calories at gym. My husband of 10 years is my life. Stress, Stress. Cancer progressing watching him deteriorate 😭Any Prayers from anyone is helpful for Im a strong believer of THE POWER OF PRAYER. God Bless All👍😢

Why? Just Why?😡Not thinking , I had a piece of my homemade New York cheesecake this morning as soon as I woke up(6:20). All the sugar in recipe (3c). I have recently been diagnosed a type 2 Diabetic 😢. Will meet with RD in three weeks. I GOT to get this WEIGHT OFF! By the way, I’m a chef by trade, and trying to bake & Cook anything my husband will eat as he’s lost SO much weight. I’ve been really good this far till the last couple days. Why do we eat to help w/ Stress or Emotion? Ughhhh!
