Just glad not to have actually gained this week, what with being on the road just now. Lost a pound and dropped a little more visceral fat, while everything else stayed much the same. Pretty good, especially considering I'm travelling with two people who loooove puddings, high fat foods and drinking!
105,6 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 16,4 kg.    Nog te gaan: 19,4 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Slecht.
