I am taking the next 32 weeks (fall & winter in current location) to try and get rid of 2 pounds per week, which means I will have to diligent in counting calories. My plan is to keep my 3 lifting days per week and add on 5 cardio sessions per week. Exercise + Calorie Restriction = Physique. I hate cutting calories it makes me so grumpy, but I am ready to work on getting toned not just losing the fat anymore....... Let's see what I can do. Weekly weigh-ins coming soon.
