Thank you all! With life being stressful, trying to keep my diet and exercise as it should be is a challenge, but "letting go" would not help. Trying!🙂❤️

Thank you, HCB, John, bear, and Steven. I'm up higher at the moment, but because I weigh in daily (forcing myself to keep accountable) I sure show a lot of fluctuations. I'm trying make my goal to stay blue, which means I remain within two pounds of my official "goal." 😁 I'd rather be below for sure, but life is super challenging right now to keep my activity level up.
