Week 3 of Boot Camp completed. Just 1.2 lbs to go to reach my first goal of 250 - so close I can alamost taste the victory. I must try not to get blase abut my eating. I've started to feel that I've cracked this healthy eating and thats when little bites of this, that and the other start creeping in and before you know it the scales are going up. I've noticed my clothes are starting to get a little loose again, so I hope I'm going to get into my new outfit in a week or so.
I'm feeling optimistic that I can do this and that I will reach my final goal. Exactly what that is I haven't decided yet. I have no idea what I will look or feel like at a much much lower weight. I've been over 300 lbs for at least 35 years and very overweight since my teens. Sometimes I feel a right idiot - I've reached 66 and only now am I getting my body in order. What a waste of all those years. Oh well, onwards and upwards ( that should be downwards) I'm half way there already so nearing the end of this year I should be joining all those who are maintaining.
