I had a great workout yesterday on the elliptical! I had worked up to an hour @ level 13, but yesterday I did 30min. on level 13 & 30min. on level 14! YAY! I feel it in my thighs today! ;) I hope to try a Zumba class soon. I've heard that it is a great workout & lots of fun. I am totally intimidated of the spinning class, but I need to atleast try it! I hope to do that soon!
