Aww, Lonnie... I wish. 😁 I worked out my hardest with weights... To absolutely feeling like a noodle. Then I had a super stressful day ending with a late, too large meal. 😑 I'll get it back together... It would be so easy not to record and just fight my way back down with no one the wiser... But I'm determined to keep accountable and forgive my imperfections. Thanks for being a dear!
