lileroux's Logboek, 29 jul 20

1 week done and dusted. Lots of up and downs mentally and physically. But all in all a good week with a 3.3kg loss on tje scale for the week and blood sugar down from 15.4mmol to 9.5mmol☺. Still a ways to go. Just need to stay focused to my end goal. Still doing no strachy carbs - onlt getting carbs from vegetables and fruit ( not often with the fruit though). Looking to add a bit more regular exercise this week when the side effects from the meds and change of diet dissipate more. Let's go make breakfast!
142,8 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 6,1 kg.    Nog te gaan: 42,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.
