I'm losing it being stuck at home with four kids. I tried starting a run/walk routine and I hurt myself. I have gained over 12lbs since the quarantine and it's rising. I have no idea what to do to fix this. I worked so hard to get below the "obese" line and now I am feeling discouraged. I am actually considering a program like weight watchers or something because I feel out of control with no accountability. My clothes don't fit me and I still just want to drink beer and eat all the carbs. Send help! (lol)
