I am officially not broken toed any more YAY!!! I am slowly getting started with cardio again (out from cardio for almost 3 months due to me re-breaking the same toe). From cardio freak to weightlifter.......... I have seen a lot more results from lifting weights then I ever did some cardio in all fairness. I didn't lose weight with lifting but the difference in my shape, strength, & confidence is unreal!!! I am very much looking forward to seeing what adding cardio to my weight training is going to do!!! In the words of Eminem "hold your nose cause here goes the cold water" & Kotana Small "you ain't gonna stop me"!!! God Willing I got this!!!!!!!!
