to be honest, starting this app I think i was 250 and not 260 so my weight didn't just jump down like that but I still lost 8 lbs in this time. I do loose weight fast(2 yrs ago i went on a diet and lost 80 lbs but over time I gained it all back) and i know what my body needs to slim down but I love food and I honestly love over indulging. this journey has taught me to enjoy what I eat and cherish each meal. loving this app by the way. I appreciate the support, the meal ideas and inspiration from you guys.
