So far so good. As long as I follow the timing for the Shred diet exactly, then I am never hungry. The only time I have problems is when I am off on the timing. This week is the challenge week and calorie count should drop even further and I will try to kick up my intensity on exercise. I can and will continue to loss the weight I need to in order to be healthy again!
