I already starved myself last night and the night before by eating less for diner after working out, my stomach hurt and I couldn’t not fall in sleep and woke up at 3 am because of my empty stomach. However my weight didn’t go down at all, so yesterday I thought screw it i am going to eat what I need and make myself feel satisfactory. I worked out and made sure my protein intake was enough. Yesterday I was felling really good, but my balance now is just telling me to not eat or what!!? I am not taking this shit and I just want to live my own healthy life, screw you!!!
