It feels tough when you stay below your calorie intake and still struggle to shed any weight.
This lock-down time combined with work and exams make it impossible for me to get any form of exercise. I sit in-front of my desk all day, every day.
I hope it gets better.

Baby girl from I've seen you've been tracking for 4 days and lost 1.8.. That's incredible. It hasn't even been a week stop being hard on yourself.. Look at what you've lost not what you haven't..

Take it one step at a time hun, and trust the system.
Also, remember that it didn’t take a week to get to where you’re at, it’s certainly not going to take a week to get to where you want to be.
Stay positive, know that you’re doing your best, the rest will follow 🥰
