Day 23 Lectin free, 30 Day Challenge
Was out of house at hospital 6 hours this morning with daughter who was having surgery.
Noticing temptations to go back to "fast food" establishments for easy, quick relief of pangs of hunger and "normalcy". Resisted today, but am getting to point of cravings causing me to upsize my portions I am eating at home.
Am sure when I check my weight tomorrow that my "cravings" will have helped me gain a pound again.
Now the work begins on maintaining this WOE and not getting disenchanted. Want to stay on lectin free for life! More to follow.
