chowderhead's Logboek, 15 mei 20

Could easily be daily fluctuation, but at least it's moving in the right direction. Have only made gentle changes. I've tried to up my activity levels and been more aware of what I eat. Biggest change is probably paying attention to reflexive eating - because I'm bored, because I'm anxious, because I'm not sure what to do next. Also noticing a I do a fair amount of "deprivation panic" eating - I eat something, or take snacks along with me because, god forbid, what if I get hungry and there's nothing to eat??!!???

I'll be more convinced if this trend continues over a couple more weigh-ins. But, yes, the right direction.

Gentle changes make permanent changes. It's great that you're watching the eating habits, the great of being hungry is real. 👍
